The Label is developed by a multi-stakeholder working group led by theGlobal Infrastructure Facility (GIF) and Macquarie as part of the FAST initiative, born out of a collaboration between HSBC, the OECD, the IFC, the Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF) and the Climate Policy Initiative (CPI).
Global Infrastructure Basel (GIB) Foundation is designated as the Secretariat and Bloomberg L.P. as Data Repository for the FAST-Infra Label. Together GIB and Bloomberg are responsible for managing all ongoing administration and implementing the label.
The Secretariat launches the Public Consultation of the documents: ST01: Dimensions and Criteria, ST02: Methodology, RQ01 Verification and Labelling Requirements.

At COP27, Bloomberg L.P. and the GIB were identified to serve respectively as the Data Repository and Secretariat of the FAST-Infra Sustainable Infrastructure® (FISI) Label.
