The Secretariat of the FAST-Infra Label is committed to the values of transparency and accountability. Our Accountability Mechanism has been put in place to allow us to address the concerns of individuals, organisations or communities that are affected by issues pertaining to the FAST-Infra Label’s standards setting and maintenance, assurance processes and decisions, the Label’s codes of conduct or policies, and issues pertaining to claims against the FAST-Infra Label.
The Accountability Mechanism may also be used to raise concerns or inform the Secretariat with regard to abuse, misconduct, or other such issues in the implementation of the Label by third parties.
Complains may be submitted directly to the Secretariat using the form below.
FAST-Infra Label complaint and grievance form
Please use this form to submit a complaint or grievance or to raise any concerns pertaining to the operation and implementation of the FAST-Infra Label. Before submitting a complaint or grievance, please take the time to read PR03 – Accountability Mechanism, which describes the complaints process in detail, and includes clear definitions of the terms used in this form.
Admissible submissions include complaints and grievances pertaining to the FAST-Infra Label’s standards setting and maintenance, assurance processes and decisions, the Label’s codes of conduct or policies, and issues pertaining to claims against the FAST-Infra Label. This form may also be used to raise concerns or inform the Secretariat with regard to abuse, misconduct, or other such issues in the implementation of the Label by third parties.
Please note that any concerns or disputes related to the labelling decisions of third-party accreditation or certification bodies (e.g. the decision, by a third-party verification body, not to award the Label to a specific project) do not fall under the scope of this Accountability Mechanism and should be directly referred to the applicable third-party accreditation or certification bodies for resolution based on their respective dispute resolution or complaints procedures. Human Resources (HR) issues pertaining to the employment relationships of the members of the FAST-Infra Label Secretariat and Data Repository are also not eligible for resolution under this Accountability Mechanism. Such claims cannot be directed to the Secretariat. The Secretariat may be notified at any time that such procedure has been initiated, and may decide to intervene at its own discretion if an amicable solution is not reached.
Please note that, strictly for the purposes of this form, we will refer to all submissions as ‘Complaints’.
